We follow a 12 noon check in / checkout cycle as this facilitates us to serve you better.However in case of your non-arrival at the designated time we shall hold your reservation for up to 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours, we consider that you are not arriving and release your reservation.
Therefore, kindly let us know about any delay in your arrival to the hotel or any amendments to your reservation at the earliest.
